Booking Policies
Nail clients are required to attend appointments with bare nails or product that I have previously applied myself as I am unable to remove product from other sources. I need to assess nail health prior to commencing treatment and being unaware of the ingredients of the products previously used I can not safely and adequately remove it. If you have anything on your nails that I did not apply please ensure that all trace of product is removed before your appointment with me.
I ask that your nail art design be specified a few days in advance so that I can be prepared for your appointment. Please be aware that BIAB/nail art requires more time than gel colours and will need to be stated at the time of booking.
Due to insurance specification I am unable to treat clients under the age of 16, and clients between the ages of 16-18 will require a parent/guardian to be present throughout the duration of the treatment.
Appropriate consultation forms are required to be filled out before your treatment can commence.
Patch testing is required at least 24 hours before your first tinting appointment.
Appointments are on a first come first served basis. My books are open for the entirety of the year ahead and I encourage you to book your next 2 appointments in advance as I can not guarantee availability.
Deposits & Cancellation Policies
Each appointment will require a £10 deposit to be paid to secure the booking which will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment. Appointments will not be held until a deposit has been received. I ask that you please give more than 48 hours notice to make any changes so that I have adequate time to manage available appointments. Deposits will be carried over to the new appointment for any rescheduling outside of this time frame, however if for any reason you need to cancel/reschedule within 48 hours then unfortunately your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will need to be made to secure another booking. Appointments cancelled on the day will incur the full treatment cost, and 'no show' appointments will require a 100% deposit to be paid to book future treatments.
If you are going to be late for your appointment please let me know before your appointment start time, and be aware that this will unfortunately eat into your treatment time. Appointments that are attended more than 10 minutes after their scheduled time will not be able to go ahead and will be charged the full treatment cost.

Nails
Each client will be given new nail files, buffers and brushes which will be sanitised and kept in individual named boxes for your next appointment. Pictures of each Gel Bottle and Peacci colour I have available are saved to their respective highlights on my Instagram page for you to browse at your leisure.
Please make sure that you are applying cuticle oil to your fingers and toes regularly to promote nail health.
Attending Your Appointment
There is on street parking if you wish to drive. The nearest bus stops are for the S1 and 157 a few minutes away, and the nearest train station is Carshalton. Monday-Thursday the back gate will be open for you to enter at the rear of the cabin. On Fridays and Saturdays please remember to use the side gate of the house which brings you through the garden to the cabin.
Please refrain from using your phone while you are with me and keep keys and other items in your bag or pocket.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or with cash but unfortunately change will not be available.
